Rick Mancuso, the owner of Ferrari of Lake Forest, has an extraordinary racing career that spans several decades. Here are some of the many highlights of his journey on the track.

Rick Mancuso has been a member of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) since 1971, demonstrating his enduring passion for motorsports. His commitment to the SCCA allowed him to participate in various regional and national events.
In the late 1970s through the late 1980s, Mancuso raced in the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA). He competed in both GT Corvettes and prototypes during this period. IMSA races are known for their intensity and high level of competition, making Mancuso’s involvement a testament to his skill and determination.

Mancuso extensively competed in SCCA Nationals, particularly in GT1 Corvettes and CSR (Club Sports Racer) sports cars. His dedication earned him recognition, including the prestigious Governors Cup award from the SCCA in 2002.​

Mancuso tackled endurance races, pushing both himself and his machines to the limit. He participated in the grueling 24 Hours of Daytona race three times. The 12 Hours of Sebring is another iconic endurance event where he competed three times. Mancuso took on the challenging 24 Hours of Mid-Ohio race. He raced the 24 Hours of Nelson Ledges three times as well.

In addition to his earlier career, Mancuso continued racing in the Ferrari Challenge series. His debut year was 2016, and he participated in the Coppa Shell AM category. Notably, he achieved his first top-10 finish in the Daytona race that year.
